All -languages women's welcome group at Hillingdon Women's Centre, Hillingdon Tuesdays, 1pm to 2.30pm. Friendly, practical and emotional support for women living in the borough and born elsewhere. Telephone: 01895 259 578.
Alcohol/drug carers-if you are affected by someone else's drug or alcohol problem, please call Tracy on 07519 143 333 from the HDAS Carers Group, to talk to other carers or find out information.

Breast Feeding Support -If you need help with breastfeeding or would like to meet other mums who are breastfeeding, you can visit the website for details of drop-in sessions within Hillingdon. The most local drop-in sessions to Ruislip are held on Wednesday mornings;
- Oak Farm Children's Centre, Long Lane, Hillingdon ( 9.30am to 11.30am).
- St Margaret's Church, Uxbridge (10am to 11.30am).
Bumps and Babes-The Hillingdon branch of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) meets at St Margaret's Church in Uxbridge every Monday between 1pm and 3pm. Donations of £1.50 per family are most welcome. The venue has a soft play area. Please drop in or call 0870 421 4730 for more information.

Hillingdon User Group (HUG) Meets every 3rd Wednesday, 10.30am to 12pm. It is the only independent, user led group in the borough campaigning for the improved care and representation of mental health service user needs and concerns. HUG is an opportunity to have your say about matters that are important to you. For greater involvement in the development and monitoring of mental health services in your local area, information and friendly, mutual support, look no further - come join the group! Loss, Grief or Trauma-a guide to helping young people cope with adverse experiences. Hillingdon Borough has produced a leaftlet giving adults support in helping children and young people deal with stress arising out of a traumatic experience.
