The Gazette newspaper has this week (22nd February 2012) reported on the growing campaign across London and elsewhere to fight government plans to implement a high speed rail line from Euston to Birmingham.

Whilst resident groups fight the proposal on the ground, Hillingdon Council as part of the 51M Group think it's likely that the Judical Review that is being sought will be won by the many councils opposing the plans. You can read more about the local HS2 campaign here.
